DAILY JOURNAL OF EXERCISE – Day 3 (04/11/2024)

Yesterday, 04/11/2024 –

  1. Morning stretch – 5 minutes
  2. Morning rope jumping – 190 (10 more than yesterday, 5 minutes)
  3. Late morning walk – 30 minutes
  4. Early afternoon weight exercise – 20 minutes

Total day exercise time = 60 minutes/1 hour

Though struggled with weight exercise yesterday afternoon, but still pushed myself and got it done : )
