Yesterday, 04/11/2024 –
- Morning stretch – 5 minutes
- Morning rope jumping – 190 (10 more than yesterday, 5 minutes)
- Late morning walk – 30 minutes
- Early afternoon weight exercise – 20 minutes
Total day exercise time = 60 minutes/1 hour
Though struggled with weight exercise yesterday afternoon, but still pushed myself and got it done : )
