DAILY JOURNAL OF EXERCISE – 04/10/2024

Yesterday, 04/10/2024 –

  1. Morning stretch – 5 minutes
  2. Morning rope jumping – 180 (10 more than yesterday, 5 minutes)
  3. Late morning walk – 45 minutes
  4. Noon weight exercise – 20 minutes

Total day exercise time = 70 minutes/1 hour 10 minutes

I am planning to increase my rope jump by 10 each day. Let’s go!
