Daily Journal of Exercise

Lately, while being busy with work, trading, blogging, friends and families, I have been slacking in my daily exercise routines. In here, I will be journaling what exercise I have been doing daily.

Yesterday, 04/09/2024 –

  1. Morning stretch – 5 minutes
  2. Morning rope jumping – 170 (3 minutes)
  3. Late morning walk – 45 minutes
  4. Early afternoon weight exercise – 20 minutes

Total day exercise time = 70 minutes/1 hour 10 minutes

I am happy for I did yesterday : )
