DAILY JOURNAL OF EXERCISE – DAY 4 (04/12/2024)

Yesterday, 04/12/2024 –

  1. Morning stretch – 5 minutes
  2. Morning rope jumping – 200 (10 more than yesterday, 5 minutes)

Total day exercise time = 25 minutes

After 4 days exercise, I listened to my body to give myself one day break from walking and weights lifting. I am pretty happy hit 200 rope jump yesterday since I started at 100 a month ago, probably…; )
